Grunt Work

Tue Jan 29, 2008, 7:18 PM
Well, I invested in a Mamyia 645 to go get landscape photos here in California, which, in my opinion is the most incredible place in the world for landscape scenery. I'm waiting for some awesome shots to be developed of Yosemite. I'll post them shortly.

my friend, if you are interested in "Trees" you can own the original for only 725.00 USD

which I think is quite reasonable for a 30 x 40 canvas.

let me know

That is reasonable and very tempting, though I don't know how you could stand to part with it.
Right now I'm devoting funds to my photo equipment and have maxed my credit cards, I'll have to put that purchase off for a bit. Thank you for the offer, If and when I buy a painting, that will be the one if it is still available.

I never keep my work close to heart becuase I will keep creating art .. more and more. parting part of the work for me is natural becuase as an artist I have to accept life as "nothing is forever" and not get attached to anything, the most fundamental aspect of art for me is the process becuase that is when I feel most alive when creating art, after a painting is completed I move onto the next chapter of art.

Cheers.

Sunset 2, Palm tree blowing and show girl stand out for me. Show Girl is lit up! It looks almost like neon lights, good effect! Your work is very imaginative. I'm trying to explore that as well instead of being too realistic.
